Bio:
Dr. Bellan is the senior oculoplastic surgeon in Manitoba and has been practicing since 1991. His practice predominantly involves eyelid and lacrimal surgery. He also does some orbital surgery and cataract surgery. He is the Department Head for the University of Manitoba Department of Ophthalmology. He is Chair of the Royal College Nucleus Committee for Ophthalmology. He is also a past president of the Canadian Ophthalmological Society.
