Bio:
Dr. Ing is the Chairman of Ophthalmology at the University of Alberta and Edmonton Zone Chief of Ophthalmology for Alberta Health Services. He undertook his medical school and residency at the University of Toronto, and a Master of Public Health at Harvard and Master of Education at Johns Hopkins. He completed three fellowships at the Wills Eye Hospital, Mayo Clinic and Allegheny General Hospital. He has published more than 100 papers, and is the oculoplastics section editor for the Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr. Ing is a full professor at the University of Alberta and the University of Toronto. He is recipient of an Excellence in Clinical Teaching award from the Professional Association of Residents of Ontario. His specialty interests include orbital tumours, Graves orbitopathy, eyelid tumours, eyelid spasms and facial nerve palsy.
