Bio:
Dr. Ing undertook his medical school and residency at the University of Toronto, and a Master of Public Health plus Global Scholars Research Training at Harvard. He completed three fellowships at the Wills Eye Hospital, Mayo Clinic and Allegheny General Hospital. He has published more than 100 papers, and is an editor for the Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology and Medscape Ophthalmology. Dr. Ing is a full professor at the University of Toronto and has past appointments at Sunnybrook Hospital, Detroit Medical Centre and Southern Illinois University. He is recipient of an Excellence in Clinical Teaching award from the Professional Association of Residents of Ontario, and has a medical education certificate from Johns Hopkins. His specialty interests include orbital tumours, Graves orbitopathy, eyelid tumours, eyelid spasms and facial nerve palsy.
